Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Visa Check Cards, Debit Cards and Personal Checks.
Corporate orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Corporate Cards as well as Checks.
A 50% deposit is required on all high volume orders.
Substitution Policy:
As product lines can change from time to time, we cannot guarantee that all products shown in pictures will always be available. There may be times when certain products are out of stock. We reserve the right to substitute any item shown with one of equal or greater value.
Shipping:
We offer both local delivery as well as nationwide shipping. We can ship anywhere in the Continental USA. Shipping charges are based on weight, size and destination.
Our gifts are shipped via UPS ground or Fed Ex., however we can make arrangements for overnight if needed.
Hand delivery is available to the following areas in PA:
West Chester, Exton, Downingtown, Lionville, Chester Springs, Kimberton, Phoenixville, King of Prussia, Frazer, Malvern, Berwyn, Paoli, Devon, Wayne.
Hand Delivery Fees: $10 - $20 depending on distance.
We personally prepare each gift basket for shipping, using the utmost of care, ensuring that your gift will arrive looking as beautiful as when we created it.
Gifts generally ship within 24 hours.
